1. Returns & Exchanges
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging with tags attached.

• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved (in case of a defect or wrong product sent by us), we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or Mobile Banking (Bkash/Nagad) within 7 working days.

3. Size Exchange
If the product has no defects but you want to change the size, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Clearance sale items or used products cannot be returned.
